keymap and inittab

A reasonable keybord keymap (my default keymap) jj-us.map

The corresponding inittab plus the script toggle-net referenced therein (switches back and forth between runlevels).

bash section

... now has its own bashpage

emacs section

... now has its own emacspage

X11/ctwm section

... now has its own x11page
