You should find some pretty useful stuff in there.
Included is the best (TM) colorisation scheme on the planet,
many useful settings and function.
The files are reasonably commented, so you should have
no problems adapting them to your needs.
The above file includes a tiny
00readme.txt
that lists some the stuff you'll find.
The main file
main.el
(your .emacs should load that file)
and much more, look into the directory
.jjemacs/
for the other files.
